Missing or Damage Claims:
- Retain all packing material and original container. Shipping company may come to inspect.
- Report missing or damage merchandise to customer service at 800-878-2446 immediately. Customer service will provide instructions on procedures to replace the missing or damaged merchandise. ** Do not contact shipping company for any claim on your own. We’ll not be responsible for any claim result, if you choose to do that.
- We will try our best to replace the merchandise, or you may chose to receive store credit.
